Ibec Business Leaders Conference
The 2019 Annual Business Leaders Conference will take place on the 26 February at the Convention Centre Dublin.
The conference explores the subjects most relevant to Irish business and provides insights into these key topics through panel discussions, keynote speakers and by providing opportunities for discussion with other attendees. The conference is a must-attend event for business leaders, corporate affairs and public policy professionals and is an exceptional opportunity to network with people from all sectors.
At this year’s conference the following themes will be explored:
- Securing Ireland’s economic success - Ireland’s competitiveness is influenced by our quality of life and our ability to attract and retain staff. We look at what needs to be addressed to secure our economic success.
- The future of Europe - The UK’s new relationship with the world and the implications of wider geopolitical trends for Irish business.
- The next phase of business sustainability - A showcase of how companies can transition to a more sustainable business model.
- Safeguarding intangible assets - A cyber security attack would cause widespread disruption, reputational damage and compromise Ireland’s FDI. A critical issue not just for domestic considerations but also due to the number of MNCs located here.
Andrew Marr, Award Winning Journalist and Political Commentator will speak at this year’s conference and give his observations on UK and International politics.
Full speaker and agenda details to be announced.
